Terms of Use Service and Support Unlike many other online companies that reply with generic e-mail responses, every e-mail received by Haas Editions is answered by a representative of the company. In addition, we strive to respond within 24 hours whenever possible. Satisfaction is Guaranteed As long as your prints are in the same condition as when they were received, we will accept them back for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Billing & Payment We honor all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. There are no credit card surcharges. Please be sure to provide the exact name and billing address as they appear on your credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Orders from first-time customers that are shipped to an address other than the billing address listed with the credit card company may require further security verification. This is for your protection. We also accept cashier's checks, money orders, personal checks, certified checks, and wire transfers. Non-certified funds and personal checks must clear before a product ships. Sales Tax Only shipments to New York State are subject to sales tax. If you are a reseller and would like to have your sales tax waived, please fill out a Resale Certificate Form, reference your order number and fax it to (845) 557-6069, together with a copy of your Seller’s Permit. Shipping
After placing your order you will see on screen a printable confirmation, and will soon receive a confirmation by email as well. You will also receive an email as the prints are about to ship. We offer FedEx shipping exclusively. You may request another carrier but we cannot be responsible for shipping difficulties in all cases when using companies other than FedEx or if a Signature Release is on file at FedEx. Our prints are packed with care. Should you find the package compromised, or the contents to be damaged despite the shipping box or tube appearing intact, please contact us as soon as possible for a replacement. We will arrange to pick up the damaged goods. The Photographs Haas Edition photographs are Copyright Ken Haas, and are protected under United States and international copyright laws. The Artist reserves all copyright rights, including reproduction rights, and the right to claim statutory copyright in the Work. The Work may not be photographed, sketched, painted, published or reproduced in any manner whatsoever, nor used for commercial purposes without the express, written consent of the Artist.
